Spiritual and educational meetings are being held on the occasion of the 690th anniversary of the birth of Sahibqiran Amir Temur.

The faculty members of Namangan State University are organizing spiritual and educational meetings in a number of government institutions and organizations of the region in connection with the 690th anniversary of the birth of Sahibqiran Amir Temur.

In particular, such meetings were held at the Namangan Regional Tax Administration, the Namangan Regional Center for Pedagogical Excellence, and the specialized school of Yangikurgan district by the faculty members of the Faculty of Social Sciences — Dadaxon Norqo‘ziyev, Yodgorjon Boltaboyev, and Baxtiyor Xalmuratov.

During the meetings, participants were provided with detailed information on Amir Temur’s role in the history of statehood, the principles of just governance, his great legacy, his political views on building a centralized state, his strategic approaches in foreign policy, the formation of diplomatic relations during the Timurid period, as well as issues of effectively utilizing historical heritage in modern public diplomacy.

These meetings contribute to strengthening respect for national history, devotion to ancestral heritage, and a sense of involvement in the development of the country among participants.
